These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with w63's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the agreement between you and w63.
Use of the w63 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout account tenure:
w63 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Winnings derived from ineligible accounts may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the w63 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR.

You must notify w63 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. w63 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
w63 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100. All deposit methods are subject to the terms and limits of the respective payment service provider. w63 does not accept cash deposits.
Deposits are credited to your w63 wallet upon confirmation by the payment provider. w63 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment systems, banking maintenance windows, or network outages beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and, for amounts above threshold limits set by PAGCOR or applicable anti-money laundering regulations, may require additional documentation.
w63 targets processing of withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000, subject to system availability and verification requirements. w63 does not guarantee withdrawal processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment system outages or regulatory review requirements.
All transactions on the w63 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
w63 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published alongside the promotion, including wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts.

By registering an account with w63, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
w63 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via SMS or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive or Applicable Law.
Continued use of the w63 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform prior to the effective date.
w63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's last registered payment method, subject to identity verification and applicable regulatory requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the w63 platform shall first be submitted to w63's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution unit in accordance with PAGCOR's prescribed procedures.
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
