21+ The w63 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. w63 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted at account registration as a mandatory step in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements.

If w63 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, any funds will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines, and the relevant personal data will be deleted in compliance with RA 10173.

w63 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR directives, NPC guidance, or our data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS notification to their registered Philippine mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The effective date of this Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the document. The current version supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the w63 platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
